This is a cool retro 1970s treacle brown earthenware Brown Betty style pottery teapot with a swirled shape and hand painted gold accents.

The teapot has it's original foil sticker, and was made in Japan for the Fred Roberts Company, San Francisco, California.

The homey brown teapot measures 5.5 inches high by 8.5 inches long by 5.5 in diameter and holds 32 ounces.

The tea pot is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or even crazing, and the interior is clean and unstained.

Great for a country kitchen or cozy teatime.
