This is a vintage 1940-1950s English glass and silverplate 8 piece cruet set, condiment or table set of salt and pepper shakers with lids, mustard jar with lid and spoon and a fitted galleried silver plated handled table caddy made in England.

The square knobbed glass salt and pepper shakers or cruets are 3 inches high by 1.5 inches wide and have their original silver plate screw lids.

The lidded square mustard jar or pot measures 2.25 inches high including lid by 1.5 inches square and includes a spoon, although it is hard to know if that is original or not, which measures 3 inches long and is the classic Fiddle pattern.

All of the pieces fit snugly into the handled and galleried silver plated caddy with 4 legs which measures overall including handle 5 inches high by 6 inches long by 2 inches wide which is marked England on the base as shown.

All of the pieces are in very good +++ used vintage condition and there are no chips or cracks on the glass pieces, which is rare. There is a bit of discoloring on the caddy in places, and a spot n the spoon.

A perfect and pretty set for tea table, luncheon or dining.
