This is an oh so pretty antique marked sterling silver stamp case from a chatelaine or for use as a pocket watch fob or a unique pendant. 

The stamp case was made in the USA in 1880-1900 and has a pretty lobed repousse design, central foliage cartouche with a hand engraved monogram gothic H on one side, hinged lid and hanging ring.

The stamp case measures .25 deep by 1.65 inches high by 1.25 inches wide and has a good tight hinge.

The sterling silver stamp case or holder is marked Sterling but the maker's mark is illegible.

The antique chatelaine stamp case weighs 6.4 grams of silver.
