This is a silver plate spoon or teaspoon made by Royal Plate Company, USA with a classical foliage design 1910-1920s.
I don't know the pattern name.
The teaspoon measures 6 inches long and is silver plated.
The spoon is in very good ++ condition with plate loss where the back of the spoon rests and some use marks in the bowl.
A pretty pattern.
