This is a very pretty set of high quality English silver plate Apostle sugar tongs that I brought home from England from the Victorian or Edwardian era.

The sugar tongs have spoon ends and a very attractive classic figural shaped Apostle on the sides.

The wonderful apostle sugar tongs were made by Bridon Brothers Ltd., Sheffield England 1836-1910 and are marked inside the bow, but I was unable to photograph the mark successfully.

The sugar tongs measure 4.25 inches long and are in very good +++ used vintage condition. A very attractive pair, making adding sugar to your tea a joy!
