This is an elegant vintage linen embroidered tablecloth, tea cloth or bridge cloth made 1930-1940s. The design is a simple taupe on white Madeira embroidered Daisies and leaves with buttonhole stitch and scalloped edges measuring 42 inches square.

The table cloth or tea cloth is made of a white linen, and measures 42 inches square with  scalloped embroidered hems bound in taupe.

The tea cloth is in very good +++ used vintage condition.

The only minor flaws, are a few broken hem stitches and a small area of approximately 1 inch in diameter tiny specks, that I have not attempted to remove, and I did not see at all until photographing the tablecloth on my round table. 

This is such a pretty and elegant design. Perfect for a tea party or luncheon.
