English Cathedrals Tea Tin Canister 1930s Biscuit Tin Cookie Tin
SKU:
This is a vintage 1930s English tea tin, tea caddy or biscuit tin featuring famous English cathedrals including Lincoln, Durham, Liverpool and Litchfield made in the 1930s by Edward Sharpe & Sons England originally to hold a pound of toffee.
The tin measures approximately 6.5 inches high by 4.25 inches square, has a friction fit lid, a metal band lid finial and a depiction of a cathedral groin vaulted roof on the lid.
The tin is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no dents, a tight lid, good interior and finial and only some minor surface signs of use.
The interior is in in very good +++ condition as well with only one small spot of corrosion which is really a rare treat. I love these vintage tea tins!
