The pretty cup and saucer was made by Schumann Arzberg, Bavaria Germany made between 1955 and 1960 by the mark. 

The design of the fine porcelain teacup and saucer is a white base with the roses filling the cup interior, and a budding rose on the exterior.

The cup measures 2 inches high by 4 inches in diameter and the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter.
