This is a Shelley China, England cup and saucer in the Footed Oleander shape with the bright sunny yellow exterior and the Dresden pattern floral on pale yellow interiors with heavy burnished gold trim, number 13438/516, with the /516 meaning the color yellow.

The gorgeous cup and saucer was made between 1940-1966 when the pottery closed.

The cup is 2.25 inches high bu 4.25 inches in diameter and the saucer is 5.5 in diameter. This is Shelley's most popular shape, and this is absolutely gorgeous!

The bone china cup and saucer are in very +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks and only some gold trim wear. A wonderful addition to your tea table and a wonderful example of what I think is one of the best manufacturers in England.  Lovely!
