This is a vintage copper plated cast iron trivet with a that was made in the USA in the 1930-1940s.

The trivet has traditional Pennsylvania Dutch hex symbols of birds, hearts, tassels and a star at the top.

The vintage trivet measures 1 inch high by 8.75 inches long by 4.5 inches wide and sits on 4 feet and has the number 299 incised in on the back.

The trivet is in very good condition with some minor copper finish loss on the top from use.
