This is a lovely Shelley China, England bone china teapot made between 1940 and 1966 when the pottery closed.

The pattern name is Eglantine and is pattern number 1383 in the new Cambridge, Henley or Perth shape.

The teapot measures 9 inches long by 5.75 inches high by 6 inches in diameter and holds about 35 ounces so is classed as large.

The pretty teapot features a design of a pink blossoms with pale green trim.

The teapot is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations and looks as if never used. Very pretty!
