This is a pair of Stainless Chromium Plated English sugar tongs with spoon ends made in England 1940-1950s with a classic spoon handle design.
I haven't often had Dtainless Chromium Plate tongs, as sterling silver and various forms of silver plating are seen much more frequently.
The sugar tongs measure 4.5 inches long and are in very good +++ used vintage condition with minor signs of use.
