This is a bone china toothpick or tooth pick holder made by Royal Crown Derby, England in the Derby Posies pattern which was discontinued in 2003.

The toothpick holder measures 2.5 inches high by 2.3 in diameter and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
