An unusual form, I would call it a swirl, 3 level swirl, wave, cresting wave or curl.

The elegant vintage rhinestone pin or brooch consists of round rhinestones, Rhodium plated metal and closes with a roll clasp.

The brooch is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no stones missing. There are a few with minor, pale discoloration, which may only mean cleaning is needed.
