This is a vintage Royal Copenhagen, Denmark butter pat, butter chip, plaquette or small butter dish and is made of their famous Aluminia Faience. The blue and white windmill pattern butter pat measures 3.25 inches in diameter. The hand painted butter pat, teabag caddy or butter dish is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and is signed by the artist KF.    Butter pats are being used currently as ring dishes, teabag holders and for sushi and sauces.
