This is a set of 9 matte black painted antique Edwardian bakelite high button show buttons, gaiter buttons or glove buttons in with metal shanks dating 1890-1910.

Each button is 1/2 inch in diameter. The black shoe buttons have totally painted tops and shanks.

The shoe buttons are in very good ++ used vintage condition, but one has some chips as shown.

The buttons are great for sewing, eyes, clothes, costumes and embellishments for all sorts of crafts, or your Victorian or button collection. Wonderful grouped in a bowl.
