This is an English Arts and Crafts design hand hammered pewter napkin ring from the 1020-1930s.

The napkin ring measures 1 inch high by 1.75 inches in diameter and has a center hand hammered band.  The napkin ring is in very good +++ used vintage condition, but has been used and so has a bit of wear.
