This is a Wileman, an early form of Shelley China, England sandwich or cake plate in the pattern # 10435 called Roses and Festoons in the Dainty shape with gold trim dating to 1909-1910.

The cake plate measures 9.5 inches in diameter and is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks with a bit of wear to the gold trim. 

A very pretty way to serve the cress sandwiches.
