This is a fancy antique Victorian German made moustache cup or mustache mug made for the English market between 1890-1900.

The porcelain moustache cup or mug has heavy hand painted gold applied flowers and cobalt blue. The mug says Forget Me Not in a hand painted gold Gothic script.

The mug measures 3 inches high by 3.25 inches in diameter and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

The fancy souvenir mustache cup or mug is marked on the bottom in a circle Made In Germany. 

There is a minor bit of gold wear which is pretty normal for something of this age, and a few specks of kiln dust from manufacturing.
