This is an ironstone dinner plate made by Johnson Brothers, England in the Friendly Village series and The School House design of hand colored brown transferware.
The luncheon plate is 9.85 inches in diameter and was made in England in the 1950-1960s before production was moved to Indonesia.
The transferware dinner plate plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and very minor utensil marks. One of the most popular china patterns ever made.
