This is a vintage lidded sugar bowl made by Johnson Brothers, England in the Friendly Village design of hand colored brown transferware on ironstone.

The sugar bowl with lid is 5 inches high by 6.5 across the handles by 5 inches in diameter and was made in England in the 1950-1960s before production was moved to Indonesia.

The lidded sugar bowl is in very good ++ condition with no a very small bottom rim chip and some discoloring inside the lid.
