This is a gorgeous plate by artist Marjolein Bastin with a wonderful blue flower wreath with straw bow and butterflies from the Blue Skies Collection licensed by Hallmark Cards in 1995.

The pretty blue wreath ceramic plate is 8 inches in diameter and was made in Indonesia.

The pretty botanical design plate for blue lovers is in very good +++ used vintage condition. There are no chips of cracks, but at some time water was left to air dry in the plate and has left a faint outline as seen in the last photo of the front of the plate, taken from an angle, which is the only way you see it. So, lime scale I guess, but I have nothing to remove that.
