The cute Christmas tree ornament is made of resin and signed on the bottom by the sculptor Bob Siedler  by Hallmark, USA and made in Sri Lanka.

The festive ornament itself measures 2.5 inches high by 2.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide and has a gold metal hanging ring.
