This is a Royal Albert, England large teapot in the Petit Point pattern made in England in the 1930s, and long discontinued. The mark is for Royal Albert Crown China, an early mark.
The bone china teapot has a charming design of floral petit point needlepoint or cross stitch with gold trim and hand painted gold accents.
The pattern is no longer made.

The lovely teapot is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks, no gold wear and actually looks like it has never been used!
I could do a cross stitch from the pattern on the teapot!
