This is an antique pair of English Georgian period hallmarked sterling silver sugar tongs that are hallmarked for London, England 1810 and the maker NI or IN whom I have been unable to identify. 

The English hallmarked sterling silver sugar tongs are in the Georgian classical style and measure 5.5 inches long with a simple and elegant shape and have spoon ends.

They are in excellent used vintage condition and would be a beautiful way to pass the sugar cubes at your next tea party with antique elegance and panache.
