This is a 1980s Kay Dee Designs, USA linen and cotton tea towel or dish towel titled The Mississippi River Plantation Country.  

The southern souvenir tea towel is of linen and cotton and was made in Poland for Kay Dee in the 1980s.

The towel measures 25 inches long by 16 inches wide.

The dish towel is in very good +++ used vintage condition.

The pretty design includes plantations, a paddle wheel steamboat, Robert E. Lee, a pelican, plantations and cotton bolls.
